In 2021, WiN Global created a Young Generation group, WiN Global: YG,. a subgroup WiN Global, committed to empowering young women in the nuclear field and providing them a platform to amplify their voices. WiN Global Young generation (WiN YG) is launching three exciting flagship programs. Please feel free to share those with the young members in your chapter!
Inspire Program: An educational initiative dedicated to enhancing nuclear knowledge through collaboration with experts across various topics, in 2025 the program will combine two bootcamps, one dedicated to digital technologies and one dedicated to clean energy solutions. Each session features insights from experts of the field. The format consists of a 60-minute class followed by a 15-minute discussion, providing an interactive and enriching learning experience. Empower Program: A leadership development program designed for experienced young professionals, focusing on soft skills development like public speaking, communication, emotional intelligence, negotiations and more. This unique executive program equips high potential candidates with non-technical skills and soft power, aiming to help them reach the next step of their professional journey. This program combines an online phase and a one week summer program in Paris from July 21st to July 25th. Please find the direct link to the program description and registration form.

Career Building Program: Program is designed for early-career and mid-career professionals and students. This practical program included mix-mentoring, career building workshops and Fellowship opportunities sessions combined with practical HR advice, resume crafting, cover letters, interview strategies, scientific diplomacy, and preparation for grants and fellowships. The aim is to provide guidance and support for young individuals to enter their professional life. The general sessions are announced on our social media and the practical portion of the program will be available during the 2nd semester of 2025, stay tuned. This program is a collaborating effort between WiN Young Generation Group and Women in Nuclear Innovation (WiNI) Group of Expertise.
