Developing our employees

On September 7, 2023, NextEra Energy hosted Pamela Cowan, President of Outage & Maintenance Services at Westinghouse Electric Company. This event offered a valuable platform for development, engagement, and knowledge-sharing within our organization. This event played a crucial role in addressing the specific challenges that women encounter in our industry. By continuing these conversations, we strive to create an inclusive environment that empowers women at all levels and drives positive change for our organization and the industry.

NextEra Doubled Membership with Membership Drive

NextEra Energy doubled their membership from 93 to 243 members with a Membership Drive held at Port St. Lucie on September 14, 2023.  We wanted to have a day of fun and free food as we shared the benefits of joining U.S. WIN. It turned out to be a fun day and allowed us to recruit more than 150 St. Lucie team members to join U.S. WIN.
